Night Time in Club Penguin?

Hello Penguins!

We’re really busy this week gearing up for the upcoming parties and working on other top secret stuff, but I wanted to give you all the scoop on something I saw today. Apparently during the week of the Halloween Party, all of Club Penguin will be transformed into night time. More information will be available in tomorrows paper, but from what I saw today, its going to look really cool!

Anyway, I’ll try to post more info in the coming days.

Ahoy Mateys!

Hello Penguins!

Well, it’s finally arrived! Captain Rockhopper has been out at sea for quite a while, but he’s finally returned so we can see some of the cool things he’s found while he was away.

I hope you’re all enjoying this first phase of the pirate ship. That’s right, we’ve got lots of cool stuff planned for future visits of the ship including new parts of the ship and possibly a game! I can’t reveal any more, but for now, enjoy!

Filter Glitch

Hello Penguins!

Yesterday we were updating our filters and they were accidentally turned on to block everything. This affected joining, chatting, and naming puffles. We are very sorry if you were affected by this. We fixed it as soon as we could and everything should be back to normal now. Thanks again for your patience with this. It shouldn’t happen again.

Also, the email issues are almost fixed. We heard from AOL this morning that everything should be back to normal in a few days. We are going to keep working hard on this until they fix it once and for all. If you’ve tried to join or had friends who tried to join, please tell them to try again every few days until they get their activation email.

In other news: The ship continues to get closer. I can’t give you many details right now, but I hope to have more soon…

New Catalog!!

Hello Penguins!

We’ll October is officially off to a great start with the new clothing catalog. We’ve already seen a lot of clowns and super hero’s running around town in what is shaping up to be a very exciting month!

We hope you’re all enjoying the first part of the catalog and yes, there is more coming. How much more? You’ll have to wait and see, but I’m sure you’ll love it!

In other news… We upgraded some settings on our servers this afternoon which should speed things up for everyone! For about an hour during the update, Club Penguin was really slow, so we are sorry if you were trying to log in during that time, but hopefully the new speed is worth it! We’re always working hard to make the Club Penguin experience even better!

More news to come next week regarding the mysterious ship on the horizon…

New Club Penguin Version 1.2!!!

Hello Penguins!

I am proud to announce the release of Club Penguin version 1.20. We’ve been working hard on this for quite a while and we hope you enjoy it!

Here is a list of all the new features and improvements.

New and Updated Features:

• New and improved login system
  • Players have the option to remember their Penguin
  • Players have the option to remember their password
• Enhanced content loading system
  • Players can now cancel when loading maps or newspapers
  • The server will automatic try to reload content if loading fails
• Update: Puffles will now stay around longer before running away
• Added “+” quick key to toggle screen resolution
• Added new (separate) reporting for bad penguin names
• Added spy phone to player card
• Faster loading of the game!

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed default color bug
• Fixed enter key problem with chat bar
• Fixed zero score bug when playing games
• Fixed various item and furniture names
• Fixed problem when viewing furniture after your membership expires
• Fixed negative days when applying to be a secret agent
• Plus lots more

Hopefully you all enjoy this update! Please remember to only save your password on your home computer. If you save it somewhere else (like at school) , someone else might use your account without your permission and spend all your coins. Also, never give out your password to anyone other than your parents.

Please remember that there might be some bugs with this new system, so please be patient and report all the bugs you find so we can get them fixed as quickly as possible.

We’ll update you on more stuff later this week.

In every catolog there are hidden accesseries on some item’s pictures you will be able to click on and there will be a new picture that comes up and then you will be able to buy that new item. Clothing Catalog-Click CP on the green Letterman jacket for the black cowboy hat

The light house was opened today! Inside is awsome, but many of you are wonder what the platform on the right that says “coming soon” is. Well its a launch pad for a jetpack, and this jetpack will either do 1 of two things, it could be a new game or a way of transportation! Any that wil be out some time this or next month! Also the teliscope is not working and will be fixed soon!

The meeting will take place in the dojo at mammoth server, on monday October 9th. The meeting will be ALL DAY LONG! So if you have school monday, becuase some of you do, don’t stress it, the meeting is all day long! I’ll be thier but i won’t be there the whole time, so don’t be surpriesed if I’m not there. All CPA Penguins are order to go there and confirm thier CPA membership by saying this password: 543210CPA. after you say that you will be greeted by other agents. if I’m there and you see me say 543210CPA and I’ll be your buddy! Okay, this is an order so listen up. Everyone that is part of the CPA and is a member must have a gladiator helmet. Wear it on duty. You can wear whatever you want but you have to have the gladiator helmet on, anything else is up to you. If your not a member its ok, just pretend. With it the CPA can march together under the roman helmet! Thats an order marines!

Secret Agent
To become a secret agent, wait until your penguin is 30 days old, then click on the ‘M’ in the top right corner of the screen, then click on the ‘M’ again in the middle of the popup. You then have to answer a short quiz, if you have answered all the questions correctly then the next time you log in you will have a spy phone.

Money Cheat
1. Go on a computer and log in but stay in the country select screen.
2. Go on a different computer and login fully.
3. Buy anything you want.
4. Log off.
5. Go back to the first computer and finish logging in.
6. Check your inventory and you should have your item and your coins.
7. Repeat as many times as you want.

Secret Dojo
Located at the upper right corner of the map in the mountains.

Snow Smores Recipe
Go to the boiler room and click on the drawer where there’s old newspapers and choose the one ‘Waddle in the West’. Then go to the page where there are 2 penguins roasting marshmellows on a firepit. Click the firepit a few times until the marshmellows dissappear, then you will have the snow smore recipe.

Newspaper Glitch
Open your internet explorer or any kind of browser will do and type this link http://play.clubpenguin.com/load.swf on your address bar and login to Club Penguin. Click on the news and right click on it, select back. Then go to actions and select dancing. Your penguin will then dance while holding the newspaper.

Cart Surfer
To get more coins from the cart surfer game which can be found on the mine shack, simply do this patter. down arrow key + space, space + left arrow key, space + right arrow key, down arrow key + left/right arrow key. Then tip your cart on purpose, do the pattern again and finish the game with 1 life left. I usually get 463 coins per game. Another pattern is a shorter one, its down arrow key + space, space + left arrow key then grinds on turns.

Nubbin
This will make your penguin walk below your chat bar. Login, Press F11 to make it full screen, when you’re in the game click on the white part below your chat area and your penguin will walk right down and your finally nubbin.

HQ Mission
If you are a secret agent then try pwning this mission, its called find the missing puffles, after you complete the mission, you will be given a golden puffle medal.

Mission Guide
1. Go to the ice rink and look all the way to the left, pick up the photos on the ground.
2. Give them to Aunt Arctic.
3. Go to the pet shop and read the note all the way to the left on the dog house.
4. Go to the sport shop and answer his question (the answer can be found from step number 3)
5. Use the life preserver launcher to rescue the penguins at the ice berg.
6. Then go back to the sport shop and grab the grapple hook.
7. Go to the ski mountain and use your spy phone wrench to fix the telescope.
8. Use the telescope to look around until you see a flying puffle.
9. Go to the tallest mountain and use the grapple hook to get to the top.
10. After you find the puffles talk to Aunt Arctic and claim your reward.

Walk on walls by cplover
Login to Club Penguin. Then get to a wall as close as you can, then right click on the closest possible space on the newspaper without lighting it up, then just press enter. Click the newspaper then right click again and press show all. Close the newspaper and your on the wall.

Site Secrets
Go to http://www.clubpenguin.com, take a look at the upper right corner of the page, you will see a blue penguin then click on it to change his outfit. Secret 2, when you click the letter ‘N’ on the night club you will see what ninjas look like.
